Auf 210 Hektar bauen wir Kartoffeln, Zwiebeln, Kürbisse, Erbsen, Kohl, Getreide, Klee, Mais und Rüben biodynamisch an. Zudem sind wir auf Lagerung, Aufbewahrung und Sortierung spezialisiert. 1996 wurde die Stiftung Beheer NZ27 gegründet, die sicherstellt, dass unser Boden für immer biologisch bleibt.
