On 210 hectares, we cultivate potatoes, onions, pumpkins, peas, cabbage, grain, clover, corn, and beets using biodynamic methods. We also specialize in preservation, storage, and sorting. In 1996, the NZ27 Foundation was established to ensure our land remains organic forever.
