Working Towards the Future
“Demeter is the highest standard for farming and food.” David Egelmeers has been the director of NZ27, the organic farm, since October 2023, and within just one year, the transition to Demeter certification has been initiated. The fields have been free from chemicals since the land reclamation, and the foundation ensures that they remain organic forever. Achieving Demeter certification, in addition to the organic label, is the result of passion, but also of hard work.
