Op 210 hectare telen we op biodynamische wijze aardappels, uien, pompoen, erwten, kool, graan, grasklaver, maïs en bieten. Daarnaast zijn we gespecialiseerd in bewaring, opslag en sortering. In 1996 is de stichting Beheer NZ27 opgericht die erop toeziet dat onze grond voor altijd biologisch blijft.
